Rebecca ran down the stairs and got in.

"Are you nervous?" Jacob asked Susannah in the car on the way to the Courthouse. He was wearing black slacks, a hire button down shirt, a black tie and a black jacket.
Susannah shook her head. "No, just so happy I'm on the verge of giddy." she said with a smile, wearing a simple green dress.
"Why'd you think we should do it tonight?" Susannah asked.
"A couple of reasons, the main one being that I just couldn't wait any longer," Jacob said.
"The other minor one?" Susannah asked curiously.
"Your aunt will have absolutely no legal basis to take you away," Jacob said. "It's not exactly minor but it does come second."
Susannah shrugged. "I just didn't know that."
"You didn't know that I wanted your aunt gone?" Jacob asked raising a eyebrow.
"I knew that." Susannah said. "I meant I didn't know marrying you would derail her plans so permanently."
"We'll she'll have no legal ground on which she can take you, so nothing can make u go," Jacob said.
"Yeah, that's what I mean." Susannah said as they arrived at the courthouse at the same time that Zach and Rebecca did.
"Congrats guys!" Rebecca said, running up and hugging them.
"Thank you!" Susannah said, returning her hug, and Zach followed with a "Congrats!" of his own.
"Thanks," Jacob smiled. "And thank you guys for coming."
"Of course!" Zach said. "No problem."
"We were happy to," Rebecca said. "Should we head in?"
Susannah nodded, and they started walking.
Jacob wrapped his arms around Susannah's waist.
Susannah walked close to his side. It was only then, as they walked towards the courthouse, that nervousness started to creep up on her. But not nearly enough to even begin to overshadow her happiness.
Jacob kissed the top of her head. Rebecca thread her fingers through Zachs.
Jacob had called ahead so most of the paper work was already gathered when they got there. The clerk at the desk asked everyone to sign the marriage license in certain spots.
They signed in their designated areas.
They were directed to a room where a small ceremony was held. A justice came in and had Susannah and Jacob recite their vows.
Zach and rebecca watched to the side.
After the vows were done the justice asked if there were any rings. Jacob reached into his pocket and pulled out a simple sterling band. On the band he had carefully engraved a wolf and a flame, and on the inside it said J&S.
Susannah, who had never seen the ring before, gasped quietly at its beauty. She felt bad that she hadnt come with a ring for him. She had expected more time for details.
"You may now kiss the bride " the justice declared once Jacob had slid the ring on her finger."Don't mind if I do," Jacob whispered as he wrapped an arm around her waist and kissed her deeply.
Susannah kissed him back, feeling the happiest she had felt since...well, ever.
"I love you," Jacob whispered against her lips.
"I love you too." Susannah replied softly.
"Alright you can pick up your marriage license and certificate on the way out," the Justice said. "Congratulations and have a nice night.
Susannah took jacobs hand, and walked out with him.
"Are you sure you don't want to do this now?" Rebecca whispered to Zach.
"Positive." Zach said softly. "Unless this is how you really, really want to marry me."
"Well it's probably the safest way," Rebecca said. "Draw the least attention from the Voultori."
"Promise?" Rebecca asked, wrapping her arms around his waist.
"Cross my heart." Zach said, wrapping an arm around.
"I'll take it," Rebecca smiled and kissed his neck.
Zach smiled, and walked out with her.
"Thank you guys for coming," Jacob said as they got out to their cars. "Of course," Rebecca smiled giving them both another hug.
Zach did the same, and susannah returned their hugs.
"We'll see you guys layer," Rebecca said getting in the car. "Bye," Jacob said, doing the same.
Susannah got into the passenger seat, staring at her ring once she was buckled in.
