Jacob pulled up to the house and turned off the car.
"I want to get some stuff before we go on our hike," Jacob said heading inside.
"Alright." Susannah said, and she followed.
Jacob grabbed some towels, a blanket, some sandwiches and put them in a bag. Then he went and got some swim shorts and put those in too. "Do you have any bathing suits?" He asked. "Or just the one from Alek that one time?"
Susannah thought bout it for a second. "I think so." she said, and she went and looked for one, the Alek gave her being the first she found. "Yep, here's one." she said.
{{wait so is she using the one that Alek conjured?}}
Jacob put the bathing suit in the bag, clenching his jaw as he did so. "That still bothers me," he muttered.
Susannah came to his side and rubbed his arm gently. "It's over Jacob." she said.
"For now," Jacob said. "He still claims to love you so he still has reason to try to tear us apart."
"But he'll never succeed." Susannah said.
"I hope so," Jacob said. "Come on lets just go out like we planned and forget about it."
Jacob wrapped an arm around her and started out the door.
Jacob lead them to the clearing she had shown him.
Susannah's eyes lit with recognition when she saw the place. Then they dimmed slightly as she remembered the last time she'd been there, her expression going dark.
Jacob pulled out her bathing suit and handed to her. "Why don't you change and then we can go for a swim," he suggested.
"Yeah." Susannah said, taking the bathing suit. "Sure." She said, her eyes looking around the clearing suspiciously.
"Relax," Jacob whispered, kissing her head. "I'm gonna go change, I'll be right back."
Jacob went a few feet into the trees and changed into his swim trunks.
Susannah did the same in a different part of the forest and changed into the swimsuit.
Jacob pulled out the blanket, put his stuff on it then sat and waited for Susannah.
Susannah came out and sat next to him.
"so," Jacob said pulling out the sandwiches. "Eat or swim first?"
"Alright then," Jacob said, putting done the sandwiches. he got up and held out a hand to Susannah to help her up.
Susannah took it and hopped to her feet.
Jacob quickly lifted Susannah and tossed her into the water.
Susannah wrapped her arms around him and tackled him under the water.
Jacob grabbed her and kissed her.
Jacob wrapped his arms around her waist as the began to drift to the surface.
When they reached the surface, Susannah broke the kiss to take a breath of air.
Jacob lightly kissed her collar bone and whispered, "I love you so much."
"I love you too." Susannah said softly, running her hands through his hair.
Jacob kissed up her neck, along her jaw and back to her lips.
Susannah kissed him back, wrapping her arms around his neck.
Jacob moved his hands to hold her face, gently, as he deepened the kiss.
Susannah moved closer to him until every part of them was touching, their legs brushing against each other every time they kicked to stay afloat, and she kissed him lovingly.
Jacob ran his fingers through her hair.
Jacob ran his fingers up and down her spine, planting soft open-mouthed kissed along her neck.
Small shivers ran down Susannah's spine, following his fingers, and a soft moan left her lips.
