At the smell, a growl ripped itself from his throat, and he launched himself at the door, which served only to jar him.

Rebecca hadn't been expecting that reaction yet and jumped, a few more drops spilling to the ground from the movement.
Zach groaned in frustration, but simply banged on the door once before moving to the other side of the room, as far from the smell as he could get since he couldn't get to it anyway.
Rebecca cleaned up the blood and put the rest back. She would just try again the next day. Then she sat back infront of the door Alek standing nearby know.
Rebecca went upstairs to get dressed for school and alek teleported home to do the same. He got back just in time to see Rebecca reaching for the knob. He ran forward, grabbed her and pinned her against the wall. "You need to stop that," he snarled. "I know you love him, I know that he's thirsty, I know you feel guilty but we have to finish this then we can let him out." Rebecca nodded and Alek let go of her. {{Srry, fell asleep}}
Zach stared at the wall opposite him in despair.
Rebecca left for school with Alek, they got there just a few minutes after the bell. Rebecca went to her first class which she had with Susannah and Jacob. She sat next to Susannah on the side opposite Jacob.
"Morning." Susannah greeted Rebecca politely, though she avoided looking at her, preferring to keep her eyes on the notes in front of her.
"Hi," Rebecca said. "So do you all still ate me?" She asked Susannah quietly so that the teacher wouldn't hear.
Susannah shrugged noncommittally, no longer looking at her, but instead looking at the teacher. "Where's Zach?" she whispered back, changing the subject, her lips barely moving, but knowing Rebecca would be able to hear.
"Not here," Rebecca said vaguely.
Susannah rolled her eyes. "Duh." She said. "Why not?"
Rebecca shrugged. "He was thirsty last I talked to him," she said.
Hm... Susannah thought, finding it odd that Zach would choose to skip school instead of feeding after, or the night before, but she stayed silent, and focused on the lesson for the day.
Rebecca took out here notebook and started taking notes.
Rebecca and Alek sat where they all usually did. Jacob sat next to Rebecca.
Susannah sat next to Alek, but only because the seat was across from Jacob. She would much rather have been at least a couple of chairs away, if not an entire table.
"I haven't seen him." Susannah said just as Caleb claimed the seat next to her, looking very distracted.
"Hey," Alek and Jacob said at the same time. "Hi," Rebecca said.
"Hello. . ." Caleb said absently, the tip of his finger writing out various invisible scrawls.
Caleb nodded, but didn't offer any more details.
"Um what are you're guys blood types?" Rebecca asked. "I know it sound wierd but I want to see if I can tell the difference by smell and I need a control."
"O+" Susannah said and Caleb said, "B-"
"O-," Jacob said. "Thank you guys," Rebecca said. She glanced at Alek who gave a nod that none of the others would see.
"Caleb, what are you doing exactly?" Susannah asked, looking at his still calculating fingers."Well, you see, there's a physics test today, so I've been quizing myself on everything I can possibly remember because I cannot afford to fail that test. I've also been calculating just how much dark room time I need to finish my photography assignment and how to go about reserving that time, and then I've also been trying to get an idea of my GPA." Caleb said.
"Why don't you get a calculator or speak to the guidance counselor?" Susannah asked.
"Because quite frankly I haven't thought that far ahead!" Caleb snapped, so stressed and his nerves so frayed that he was a bit harsh.
"I can help with reserving time for the dark room," Rebecca said. "When would you like to go and how much time do you need?"
"I need about three hours, but we can only use it for thirty minute intervals, and I cannot stay on Fridays or Wednesdays." Caleb said.
"What if I could get it for you for all three hours tomorrow?" Rebwcca asked. "Would you be able to stay?"
Caleb nodded. "Oh yeah, that would be awesome."
"Consider it done," Rebecca said.
Rebecca nodded. "Do you think you could tutor me in trig on Thursday?" She asked.
"Trig? Ew." Caleb said. "I barely understand it myself."
"Oh sorry I meant chem," Rebecca recovered quickly. "I wanted to ask Susannah for trig help since she's in precalc."
"AP Calculus." Susannah corrected as Caleb said, "Oh, ok, sure."
"Is right after school ok?" Rebecca asked.
"How about someplace more. . .public?" Caleb said.
"Well I really would not like having people know how dumb I am so I'd rather my place. But Zach and Alek will be there so they'll make sure that I don't do anything bad."
