Jacob pulled up infront of Zachs house. "Just try not to let it bother you," Jacob said.
Jacob got out and went and opened Susannahs door.
"Thanks." Susannah said, getting out.
Jacob nodded in response. He took her hand and walked up to the door then knocked.
Zach opened the door. When he saw Susannah, he recoiled.
"She's not gonna hurt you," Jacob asured Zach. "Can we come in?"
"Um, sure." Zach said, opening the door for them to enter.
"I think I know a way for you to help Rebecca," Jacob said. Rebecka tuned in listening intently.
"Honestly it's kind of easy," Jacob said, "make her doubt Alek and then kiss her."
"You think making her doubt Alek will be easy?" Zach said skeptically.
"I meant the consept was east not the actual process," Jacob said. "Bring up last night, she stopped him from killing you for a reason."I can probably help make her doubt him Rebecka said helpfully.
Really? Try. Zach thought, as he said, "Rebecka thinks she might be bale to get her to doubt him."
"Also you can't just kiss her," Jacob said, "you have to kiss her with everything you have."Alek isn't around, you could come now. Rebecka said.
Alright. Zach thought. "Alright." he said. "Maybe I'll try now."
"Good luck," Jacob said. "And try not to get vaporized."My house, Rebecka said.
"Thanks." Zach said, then he teleported to Rebecca's house.
"Why do you keep hanging around me?" Rebecca asked annoyed. "You're really getting on my nerves.You need to put the first bit of doubt in yourself then I can make it grow. Rebecka said.
"Because I still love you." Zach said. "And Alek doesn't not really. Where is he now anyway? Not with you."
"Well he has stuff to do," Rebecca said quickly, jumping to Alek's defense.Remember what Jacob said, bring up last night,Rebecka said. There's not enough doubt there for me to work with. Although there is something so keep going.
Alright. "Don't you think he was kind of a jerk, though?" Zach said. "I mean, all Jacob did was kiss Susannah once. And she pushed him away. But he kept beating us up anyway."
"Well you too where trying to lure him into a trap," Rebecca said uncertainly then gaining some assurance added. "You shouldn't have done that and you needed to know the consequence for what you did." There was just doubt for Rebecka to start adding to so she went to work on it. Keep going, she told Zach. Two people working at it will make it faster and easier.
((G2G))"Consequences, sure, but practically dying? That's not fair. And setting Jacob against Susannah? You know he wouldn't fight against her, and you know he's stronger than i was. It wasn't even a fair pairing." Zach said.
"Well you had already decided you wanted to go against me," Rebecca said with next to no conviction. "Maybe he would have had you against Susannah and me against Jacob but you had already started figting me."
"Touche." Zach said. "But let's say he did that. I think you would have come out a lot worse against Jacob, who already disliked you a bit, than with me, who didn't really want to fight you. So, didn't it go in your favor? How did Alek's actions go in your favor, exactly? Other than to exploit your powers, of course."
Rebecca put her hands over over her ears in a very childish display, trying not to listen to what Zach was saying.One more thing and she'll be done, Rebecka said. Try bringing up her saving you. The way the spell works she shouldn't have intervened, but she did anyway. Try to call on what made her do that.
"And you attempted to save me." Zach pointed out. "Why was that? I mean, if Alek wanted to kill me, why didn't you let him finish the job? And there was no question he would have won, since he's considerably stronger than I am."
"Because I didn't see the point in killing you," Rebecca said.She's lying.
"You're lying." Zach said. "Why don't you say the real reason?"
"Because I didn't want you dead, because it wasn't right to kill you for being jealous," Rebecca said.
"Is that all?" Rebecca asked sitting on her bed.
"No, this is." Zach said, and then he kissed her just like Jacob had said - with everything he had.
Rebecca's hand lit up and and started moving towards Zach but the closer they got to him the dimmer the flame's became until they went out just before they touched his face. Then she wrapped her arms around his neck and kissed back.
Zach wrapped his arms around her waist, and pulled her closer.
Rebecca pulled away after a minute and pulled out of his arms. "Why did you leave me with him?" She asked looking down sadly.
"I was upset." Zach said. "Can you blame me?"
"But I told you what happened," Rebecca said. "You knew the truth, and how scared I was. That wasn't fair!"
"You're right. It wasn't." Zach said. "And I'm sorry. But I never claimed to be perfect. I've never claimed to always be in control of my emotions, or to always have fair emotions. I might be vampire, but my soul's still human."
"What I don't get is why you started to stop him then left," Rebecca said.
"There was a crowd of kids, Rebecca. I realized there wasn't much I could do that would be affective, without drawing attention." Zach said.
"Well why did you come back?" Rebecca asked.
"I'd like to say it was because of something I did, but in all honestly, Rebecka threatened me."Zach said.
"Why would she do that?" Rebecca asked.
Zach shrugged. "I didn't think so ask."
Because I'd be stuck listening to you thinking about another looser, Rebecka said in both of their heads. Atleast this ones fun to mess with.
"Well that wasn't a very nice answer." Zach commented.
"That's her way of saying she likes you," Rebecca said. "Or atleast more then Alek."
