"Why?" Zach asked.

"Because if you sit here for much longer you become a permanent part of the forrest," Rebecca said. "And because knowing you I'd assume you'd want to get to school even if the earliest you could is lunch."
"Dang it, I forgot about school." Zach said, hopping up.
"Zach take it easy," Rebecca said worried.
"I don't have time to take it easy." Zach said. "I'm supposed to be at school." He was already walking.
{{srry i had to watch this movie for American history.}}Rebecca put a hand on Zach's shoulder and stopped him. "I don't care if you think you have time to," she said, "you have to."
((its ok))"Rebecca, please." Zach said. "I feel fine." Just as he said this however, he swayed on his feet.
"Yeah and I'm the bloody Queen of England," Rebecca said rolling her eyes.
"Well, I'll be leaving, your highness." Zach said, and he continued walking.
Rebecca put four invisible walls up around them. "No you're not," she said.
Zach teleported outside the walls, and started running at vampire speed. She could at least ask nicely. he thought bitterly.
Rebecca teleported in front of him. "Zach please just stop before you make yourself weaker. I'm begging you."
"What do you care?" Zach asked. Though he did stop and sit down since the run had taken a lot out of him.
"Right now that's all I care about," Rebecca said.
Zach just shrugged, determined to get to school, but to tired to move at that moment.
"If you want to go to school then show me that you can," Rebecca said.
"Standing does not prove to me that you can manage the rest of the day," Rebecca said.
"No, it doesn't." Zach said. "Going through the rest of the day does." He continued walking in the direction of school.
"Zach please just stop," Rebecca said grabbing his arm.
"Because as I've told you, you need to take it easy for awhile," Rebecca said.
"So what do you recommend I do?" Zach asked.
"Just rest for a while, please," Rebecca said.
"Where were you?" Zach asked quietly.
"What do you mean?" Rebecca asked confused.
"When she was here? Where were you? Why do you keep disappearing? Do you know how scary it is to leave you and then not know if I'm going to come back to you or her?" Zach said.
"Well normally it's like I'm here but immobilized," Rebecca said. "I can see and hear everything but I can't do anything. But this last time it was like I stopped existing for a while. I don't have any memories from when I was asking for your help with the agiel up until your right arm was almost off."
"Why though? Why do you disappear?" Zach asked.
"Sometimes I don't think being around is worth it. When the voltouri were here I needed her help. And this time I thought you would never forgive me, never give me another chance. I thought you hated me and I didn't want to be here if you did."
"Yeah, well forgive me for saying that was kinda stupid." Zach muttered.
"Anyway, if I don't go to school, what am I supposed to do all day?" Zach asked.
"Because spending the day with me is such a horrible thing?" Rebecca asked.
"It's alright," Rebecca shrugged. "After all the crap I've caused I wouldn't want to be around me either."
"Why are you so set o going?" Rebecca asked. "You'll have thousands of years to do it again and again."
"But I only get to do it once the first time." Zach said. "I want to do it well. I don't want my mom to start thinking of me as a slacker. Things are rocky enough with her already."
Rebecca nodded. "I guess I understand, kind of."
"What about you? Why are you so set on not going?" Zach asked.
"I'm not set on not going," Rebecca said. "I just want to make sure you're alright. Although I do think school is very boring, and I hate homework but I don't have anything against going."
"Alright," Rebecca said reaching out for his hand. "Since I can't convince you to rest and take it easy I guess we'll go."
"Yes!" Zach said hopping up from his seat on the ground. He swayed for a second, the speed momentarily throwing him.
Rebecca grabbed his arm to steady him. "This is why I think it's a bad idea," she muttered.
"No. That was an unfortunate coincidence. Really, I'm fine." Zach said, standing up straighter as his feet steadied.
Rebecca rolled her eyes. "Alright whatever," she said.
