Somethings Jacob picked up on right away while most things he had a hard time with.

Susannah took notes only on the things she didn't understand in this class since in that class she worked better when she listened closely instead of taking a lot of notes like in her other classes.

"Think you could tutor me later?" Jacob whispered noticing how little notes Susannah was taking.

Susannah nodded. "Sure." she answered in a whisper.

[Nymronyn]

"What's next?" Jacob asked not feeling like going through his bag to look at the schedule.

[Cielo]

"Lunch." Susannah answered, standing.
"Hi, Susannah." said a dorky looking boy who stood right next to Susannah's desk.
"Hey Mark." Susannah replied as she gathered her things.

[Nymronyn]

Jacob put his stuff in his bag knowing that lunch is when everyone that he need to protect Susannah from would be.

"So. . .have you seen the posters?" Mark asked.
"This school is wallpapered with posters. Which ones are you talking about?" Susannah asked him.
"The ones for the Spring Fling. I was wondering if you'd like to go. With me?" Mark asked her.

Jacob looked up quickly but didn't say anything. He decided he wasn't going to come down like a ton of bricks on the kid.

[Cielo]

"I don't think so, Mark. Sorry." Susannah answered.
"Can I ask why?" Mark asked looking kinda hurt.
"I have a boyfriend." Susannah answered, nodding towards Jacob.
"I should have known." Mark sighed. "We can still be Calculus friends, though, right?"
"Of course." Susannah answered.
Mark smiled, then walked to his next class.

"And we have yet another guy with a crush on you," Jacob laughed as he wrapped his arm around her waist.

[Cielo]

"Nothing serious." Susannah said. "Mark and I are really just friends, but he asks me to every school dance anyway since we're the only 11th graders in this class and he knows I don't normally go to the school dances."

[Nymronyn]

"Well how about this one with me?" Jacob asked.

[Cielo]

"Seriously?" Susannah asked.

[Nymronyn]

"Of course," Jacob said.

[Cielo]

"Well. . .ok, sure." Susannah said, smiling.

[Nymronyn]

"Great," Jacob said.

[Cielo]

"Come on," Susannah said, putting her backpack on her shoulder, "Or else we'll be late to lunch."

[Nymronyn]

"Now that is definetly something I don't want," Jacob laughed.

[Cielo]

"Then lets go." Susannah said, walking out of the classroom.

Jacob followed.

Susannah walked to the cafeteria.

Jacob led them to a table far from where they usually sat with everyone else.

Susannah took a seat.

Zach skipped lunch.

"Man cafeteria really is gross," Jacob picking at his food.
I really am sorry Rebecca said in Zachs head still not moving from her bed.

[Cielo]

"You get used to it." Susannah said.

I know. Zach thought.

[Nymronyn]

Are you ever going to be able to forgive me? Rebecca asked.

Jacob shrugged. "Maybe tomorrow we should skip lunch and go out to eat instead," he suggested.

[Cielo]

I don't know. I hope so, because I still love you. Zach thought.

"Where could you possible go in the 30 minutes they give us?" Susannah asked.

[Nymronyn]

"Well there goes that idea," Jacob said.

I hope you can too, Rebecca said.

[Cielo]

"Yup," Susannah said as Caleb sat down next to her.
"What are you guys doing way over here?" he asked.

I still can't understand why. Zach thought.

I don't know why, Rebecca thought.

"Staying away from the psycho siblings," Jacob said pointing at Adrian and Balthazar.

How can you not know? Zach asked.

"What'd they do?" Caleb asked.

[Nymronyn]

"They are trying to kill Susannah," Jacob said.

I think it may have had something to do with Rebecka, Rebecca said. Before that whole thing with her I had no desire to ever do that to you again, I swear.

[Cielo]

"Someone trying to kill Susannah? I should have guessed." Caleb said. "How long have the same people been trying to kill her? A week, two?"

You've said that before. Zach thought.

[Nymronyn]

And I meant it then and now,

"Something like that," Jacob said. "They're also the ones who tried to break us."

[Cielo]

Didn't stop it from happening again. Zach said.

"What's the tally on that? Three, four? Those people just don't give up, do they?" Caleb said.

[Nymronyn]

"Nope," Jacob said. "They won't give up until she's dead or they are. And I intend to make it the later of the two options. Susannah do you have any classes with Christian?"

[Cielo]

"I think Christian is in my next class, the one after lunch." Susannah said.

[Nymronyn]

"Good because I have to talk to him about what he said about how to kill Shifters," Jacob said.

I swear I tried to stop it. I tried to stay away from you. But no matter what I did the need just kept intensifying.

[Cielo]

"I thought they died like regular people?" Caleb asked.

You have to know how strange that sounds. Especially when it keeps happening. Zach said.

[Nymronyn]

I do know.

"They don't," Jacob said.

[Cielo]

Maybe I'll talk to you later, Rebecca. Class should start soon. Zach thought.

"Well that sucks." Caleb said.

[Nymronyn]

"It does," Jacob said.

[Cielo]

"There's the bell." Susannah said, two seconds before the bell rang as she stood up.

[Nymronyn]

"Aside from Christian who is in our next class?" Jacob asked.

[Cielo]

"That's it." Susannah answered.

[Nymronyn]

Jacob nodded, that would be much easier to talk to Christian about Balthazar and Adrian without them there.

[Cielo]

"Let's go." Susannah said. "Or we'll be late."
