Jacob held her face in his hands and continued to kiss her.

Susannah rested one hand on his chest, and the other by his neck as she kissed him.
Jacob deepened the kiss and moved so he was lying on top of her.
Susannah moved both of her hands to wrap them around his neck.
Jacob slowly kissed down Susannahs throat.
Jacob brushes his lips gently across her chest.
Balthazar and Adrian had been tracking Susannah and Jacob since they left, deciding that they were tired of waiting. It was time to strike. When they finally caught up with them, they pushed through the foliage and into the pond area. When they saw them, Adrian said, "Hey, guys!" in a very friendly, bubbly tone, walking up to them. Then she pretended to just notice how close they were. "Oh, I'm sorry. Did we interrupt something?" she asked.
Jacob practically jumped three feet in the air. "Kinda," he said rolling off Susannah and reaching for his jeans.
"Sorry guys." Balthazar said. "We were walking and we heard talking, decided we'd see what was going on." he said as Susannah quickly got dressed."Yeah, totally sorry. Didn't think we'd be interrupting a moment." Adrian apologized again.
"Well you could try not being so quiet," Jacob said pulling his shirt over his head.
"Its a gift." Balthazar said. "But we're glad we've run into you guys." Adrian said as Susannah was tying her shoelaces. "There's something I've been wanting to tell you since, like, forever!"
"And that would be?" Jacob asked pulling on his shoes.
"No!" Balthazar said. "Save it for later. Let's talk about something else.""Alright." Adrian agreed. "Let's talk about what a surprising couple you are. I mean you take a lovesick, imprinted easily jealous werewolf, and then you throw in a firestarter with the ability to feel emotions very deeply. It's just crazy." Then Adrian looked right at Susannah, talking mainly to her. "Isn't that right, Susannah? I was you for a time," Adrian shifted to look like Susannah, "And I have to say it was surprising to feel how much you love him. I didn't think I'd feel anything more powerful than his love for you, but I was wrong." Adrian smiled cruelly. "But you've always had a problem with words, haven't you dear? You know what else? I know your worst fear. It's not that you'll simply lose him, is it? It's that you'll lose him without ever being able to tell him in words exactly what he means to you. Can you imagine the pain if he were gone? For good?" Adrian pretended to think for a second. "I know! Why don't we find out?"
Jacob was a wolf in less than an instant. He barked loudly at Adrian and Bathazar and moved in front of Susannah.
Adrian shook her head sadly. "You are so strange. Do you not have ears? We don't want her. . .well, at least not right now." Then Balthazar shifted into a copy of Jacob as a wolf and attacked Jacob.
Jacob swiped at Balthazar's face with his paws, growling loudly.
Blathazar dodged, and swiped at him, pushing him back.Adrian bent down next to Susannah. "Let's have a chat." she said. When Susannah tried to run, Adrian, who was stronger than most humans, easily caught her by the back of her shirt. She pushed her against a tree and started to tie her up.
Jacob saw Adrian and Susannah and instantly knew he couldn't keep them at bay alone. He howled for his pack. Kahlan, Seth, and Embry shifted instantly. Jacob showed them a mental image of where they were and they were on the way in seconds.
Adrian tied Susannah up, and then set her wrists over two bowels. "Now, I need you to sit here and bleed. Your blood is very powerful, you know that? That's good for me, and bad for you." Adrian cut Susannah's wrists with a knife, and then said. "There now sit tight, and if you're lucky, you'll pass out before your muscles start to seaze up from blood loss. Have a fun time." she said with a fake smile. Then she shifted into another copy of Jacob, and helped her brother keep him at bay and away from Susannah.
Kahlan, Seth and Embry came barreling into the clearing all at the same time. GET SUSANNAH, Jacob yelled in their heads. Kahlan tore the ropes apart with one swipe and lifted her onto her back by her collar then they were gone. I'm the one closet to the water, Jacob told Seth and Embry and they immediately attacked Adrian and Balthazar.
Adrian and Balthazar fought back, moving around a lot, trying to get them confused.Susannah was starting to get dizzy, and her grip on Kahlan's fur was weakening.
Seth got confused and attacked Jacob. Jacob had to hit back in order to defend himself. It's me, he told Seth. Seth quickly corrected him self then Jacob ran off after Kahlan and Susannah. Jacob caught up quickly and ran right beside Kahlan all the way to LaPush.
Balthazar and Adrian turned back into themselves. Adrian was practically jumping up and down with excitement. "I've been waiting to do that for so long!" she said with genuine giddiness. Susannah lost consciousness a bit before they got to La Push.
Seth and Embry ran after Jacob. Kahlan left Susannah with Jacob and went to shift. She came back, took Susannah inside Jacob's house and brought Jacob some clothes.
Jacob shifted and ran into the house. He ripped some cloth strips and tied them around her arms tightly, just above the cuts, to stop the bleeding.
Adrian and Balthazar spent some time playing a game where they thought of the ext way they should attempt to kill Susannah.Susannah was unconscious the whole time.
Jacob went and got the first aid kit. He poured some rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball and used it to disinfect the cuts. Then he took some bandages and wrapped them around her wrists.
Susannah shifted some, but otherwise, she didn't regain any consciousness.
Jacob sat down and pulled Susannah onto his lap.
Susannah groaned. "Wha' 'appened?" she slurred out, shaking her head to try to clear it some. "Why's my 'ead 'uzzing?"
"Try not to move so much," Jacob said. "You lost a lot of blood."
Susannah sat up quickly, causing her to to clutch her head in pain when the sudden motion gave her a headache. "Adrian, Balthazar, they - they. . ." she started the pain in her head stopping her from finishing the sentence.
"I know, I know," Jacob said. "It'll be ok, just lay back down."
Susannah laid back down, "My head hurts." she complained. "Why? I don't remember hitting it or anything."
"You didn't," Jacob said. "Adrian slit your wrists."
Susannah sighed. "Right. I remember that." She sat up suddenly again, turning to him, "Wait a second, what happened with you? Are you alright?" she asked.
"I'm fine," Jacob said. "I called for some of the pack. By the way now you're definitely not leaving my sight.
Susannah groaned in pain, held her head again, and then laid back down. "Ok." she agreed.
"You should try to get some rest," Jacob said, running his fingers through her hair.
"Ok," Susannah agreed, curling up against him, and slowly falling asleep.
Jacob rubbed her back while she slept.
Susannah slept soundly and dreamlessly.
Susannah moved closer to him in her sleep.
Jacob tightened his arms around her slightly.
((Gotta go for like and hour, and hour and a half))
