Jacob took a very deep breath and slowly began to pull something out of his pocket and slowly got down on one knee. He opened the box and very sheepishly asked, "Will you marry me?"

"Well," Susannah said, a little breathless with shock, her eyes wide and blinking to form an expression of DOES NOT COMPUTE on her face, "you were right when you said I needed to sit down."
"Sorry," Jacob said. "It's too early." He started to close the box and put it back in his pocket. "I don't know what I was thinking."
"Wait," Susannah said, putting her hand on his to stop him from putting the box up. She had a question that came to mind as soon as he'd asked. "Why did you choose now to ask me?"
"I had been planning to all day," Jacob said. "And then what happened today just made me feel like I needed to even more."
Susannah gently took his face in her hands and said, "Jacob, I do love you. A lot. And the answer is yes, I will marry you. Just not right now. You were right, it is a little too early, I'm only 17. Give me another four or five years. I plan to stick around that long, so don't worry about it."
Jacob smiled and nodded. He kissed her softly. "Sorry to kind of come out nowhere."
Jacob handed Susannah the box with the ring. "I believe this belongs to you."
"Jacob, you should keep it." Susannah said.
"Alright," Jacob shrugged slipping it in his pocket.
"I think we should come up with a password." Susannah said.
"So you know if you're really talking to me and I know I'm really talking to you." Susannah said.
"I don't think that will help," Jacob said. "Who ever it was knew i called you a pyro the only other person i said that to was Caleb. No one but Tara knew what happened today. And they knew about the mord sith and how i made you think i had tried to leave you the only person who knew anything about that was my dad."
"Well there goes that plan." Susannah said, sighing in defeat.
"But it was a good idea," Jacob said.
"But it doesn't help us. This can't happen again." Susannah said.
"Well you know I'd never leave you," Jacob said. "So that takes care of if someone tried to make you think I'm breaking up with you."
"But what if someone tries to make you think I'm breaking up with you?" Susannah asked.
"I'm not sure," Jacob said. "Because when 'you' were sending me away i was trying to figure out why it didn't feel right and the way they said it made it seem realistic enough so that I thought that it could potentially be you."
"Then we have to come up with a way for you to know that it is not me, and will never be me." Susannah said.
"Well thats good enough for me," Jacob said.
"Good." Susannah said. "So don't believe anything I appear to say that's negative about you."
"I won't," Jacob said and kissed her.
Jacob got up on the bed with Susannah and laid her back so he was lying on top.
Susannah wrapped her arms around his neck.
Jacob kissed Susannahs neck and slowly pushed up her shirt until it exposed her stomach.
Susannah's hands had tangled in his hair, and her eyes had fluttered closed.
Jacob kissed down her throat, skipped over the cloth of her shirt and resumed kissing down her stomach. He paused at her belly button. Then very very softly and only for an instant, his lips just barely touching her skin, his brushed his lips along the skin above the waistband of her jeans. Then he stopped and waited for her reaction.
Susannah had gasped quietly in surprise but that was quickly followed by a quiet moan.
Jacob smirked and placed a row of kissed in the same place, now taking his time and applying a small amount of pressure.
Susannah was moaning quietly, her eyes still closed.
Jacob moved back up and kissed the hallow of Susannah's throat more hungrily with increasing speed and amount of force every moment.
Susannah made a whimpering moan as she pulled him closer to her.
Jacob was no longer thinking about what he was doing as his hands drifted, one to Susannah's thigh and one to the waist of her pants. His heart beat thundered in his ears blocking out all other sounds as he tugged the button and its slip apart.
Susannah made no sign of protest as her lips sought his again.
Jacob kissed back eagerly and his fingers took hold of her zipper. The pounding in his ears grew louder and louder as he separated each link one by one.
Susannah kissed him passionately, her fingers tangled in his hair.
Jacob slowly pushed Susannah's shirt over her head.
Susannah helped him take it off, untangling her arms from it.
Jacob paused for a moment to catch his breath. He pressed his forehead against hers panting heavily.
Susannah just looked at him and, fully appreciated for the first time, that she hadn't managed to successfully ignore him when they had first met and she had been so determined to hate him.
Jacob ran his lips along Susannah's jaw, one hand still at the waist of her pants.
Susannah sighed with content.((G2G night.))
Jacob rolled over onto the bed on his side and pulled Susannah into his arms and closed his eyes.
Susannah rested her head on his chest.
Jacob slowly drifted off to sleep, happy to know that Susannah did still want him.
Susannah watched him sleep, unable to sleep herself because her mind had yet to rest as she went over the day again and again and again, not knowing why.
