"My motorcycle," Jacob said tossing her a helmet. "Come on."

Susannah looked from the motorcycle to the helmet, fear and uncertainty in her eyes. "You want me to ride on that death trap? You've got to be crazy."
"Some'll fall off, or we'll crash or something like that!" Susannah said.
"You think that I would let you fall?" Jacob asked sceptically.
"No, I do not think you'd let me fall...on purpose." Susannah said.
"You know that I wouldn't involve you in anything that could potentially get you hurt. I have been riding thins for six years and have never been in an accident or anything."
"Well..." Susannah glanced at the motorcycle uncertainly one more time. "Alright." she said.
"Come on then," Jacob said swinging his leg over the bike.
Susannah put the helmet on and got on behind him.
Jacob kick started the engine and the motorcycle roared to life beneath them.
Susannah made an instinctive whimper of fear and held on to Jacob tightly. She was angry at herself for being scared at an inanimate object, but at the moment that was the last thing on her mind.
Jacob kicked of the curb and screamed down the street.
Susannah hid her face in Jacob's back and tried to concentrate on anything but the fact that they were speeding down a street with no seat belts or any other for of protection other than a helmet made out of plastic and foam.
After a moment Jacob let the bike slow slightly.{{g2g, night}}
Eventually Susannah gained the courage to look up and around her.((K, bye.))
Jacob zoomed around cars that they passed.
As Susannah watched her surroundings whiz past, her fear slowly left.
"So?" Jacob called over the roar of the engine and the wind.
"Are you enjoying yourself?" Jacob clarified.
"I am, actually." Susannah answered.
"Well I'm glad," Jacob said as they turned into the school parking lot. "Here you are."
"Thanks." Susannah said, giving him a kiss on the cheek as she got off th motorcycle.
"I'll see you later then," he smiled.
Susannah nodded, smiling back for a second, before she turned and walked into school.
Rebecca was walking into school at the same time as Susannah. "Hey," she said.
"Where were you yesterday?" Rebecca asked.
"I...had a rough morning and didn't feel like coming to school." Susannah said.
"Oh," Rebecca said. "Well you missed a english pop quiz."
"Oh well. Was it hard?" Susannah asked.((Sorry, took a shower.))
"Anything else of interest happen yesterday while i was gone?" Susannah asked.
"Good, then I didn't miss anything." Susannah said as Zach walked up. "Hey guys." he greeted.
"Hey," Rbrcca said giving Zach a quick kiss on the cheek.
Zach smiled at her. "So, Susannah, where were you yesterday?" he asked and Susannah told him what she'd told Rebecca.
"He's ok. I think he might be a little stressed out though." Susannah said.
"Well I guess that happenes when you're supposed to protect everyone from Vampires," Rebecca said assuming that's what it was.
"Possibly." Susannah said, adding that to the list of reasons she had of why Jacob could have been so freaked out the night before.
"So what class do you have?" Rebecca asked both Susannah and Zach.
"Math." Susannah said."English." Zach said.
Then Balthazar and Adrian walked up, smiling. Balthazar fell into step with Susannah as Adrian did the same with Zach. "Hey, guys." they said.
"I have math too," Rebecca said to Susannah before looking to Balthazar and Adrian. "Hey guys."
"So, Susannah, missed you at school yesterday." Adrian said."Sorry, I had a bad start to the day." Susannah said.
"I hope it wasn't anything too serious." Balthazar said, trying not to smile, a mischievous glint in his eyes.
"It's fine, guys, don't worry about it." Susannah said.
"So Balthazar, Adrian what class do you guys have?"
"Chemistry." Balthazar said."English." Adrian said.
"Oh you've got the same class as Zach," Rebecca said.
"Really? How interesting." Adrian said, smiling at Zach.
