Jacob nuzzled her gently with his nose trying to comfort her a little.

"Jacob, do you think I was too mean?" Susannah asked against his fur.
"I do love you, you know." Susannah said. It felt so different saying it without thinking about Kahlan right after.
Jacob nodded then disappeared into the trees for a minute and when he came back out he said, "and I love you more than anything."
Susannah ran to him and kissed him like she'd been wanting to do for two or three days.
Jake kissed her back his fingers lightly skimming over the sides of her face, and down her arms, then his hands were right near her hip, and his arms locked around them holding her tightly to him.
Susannah wrapped her arms around his neck.
Jacob resentfully pulled away. "Lets continue this inside," he said.
Susannah took his hand, and started walking towards her house.
Once they were inside Jacob pulled her up to her room and laid them down on the bed. He softly ran his lips along her jaw and down her neck. He drifted up to her ear, and his lips parted. "My one and only," he breathed then his lips close on her earlobe for a second before they were gliding over her face again.
"I love you Jacob." Susannah said again. She'd never get tired of saying it.
"And I you Susannah," Jake said, never getting tired of hearing Susannah say it. Then he put his hands securely on the sides of her face and kissed her.{{night}}
Susannah kissed him back.((Staying up a little longer. Sister has to watch another TV show.))
Jacob deepened the kiss.{{srry fell asleep anyway.}}
Susannah ran her fingers through his hair before wrapping her arms around his neck.
Jacob ran his hands down her sides until they were at her hips and he wrapped his arms around them, holding her to him.{{srry- I went away for the weekend and had no internet.}}
Susannah deepened the kiss slightly.((It's ok, I went to a sleepover anywayz, and they had no internet too))
Jacob moved to kiss Susannah's neck.
Susannah smiled also, letting her eyes close a little bit.
Jacob leaned away and looked at Susannah. He lifted his hand and gently put the tips of his fingers on her face, as if by being to rough he would mess up the beauty beneath his hand.
Susannah opened her eyes and smiled at Jacob.
Jacob lifted a lock of Susannah's hair inbetween his fingers. "Perfect, absolutely perfect," he muttered marveling at her.
Susannah sat up, and sat criss-cross. "Not true." She said.
Jake sat next to Susannah. "Of course it is," he said wrapping an arm around her.
Susannah snuggled closer to him. "We could argue about this all day, but I don't want to argue with you." she said, dropping the subject.
"I don't either," Jacob said running his fingers through Susannah's hair.
"I've changed my mind." Susannah said.
Susannah smiled, "No, not about arguing. I've always said my favorite place to be was in the forest, but I think I've changed it."
"Right here." Susannah said, laying her head on his shoulder.
Jacob smiled. "Same," he said putting his other arm around Susannah.
"Ok, so if your imprint on Kahlan broke, what about her? Wasn't she imprinted on you too? Do you think that broke, or does she still love you?" Susannah asked.
"I don't know," Jacob said. "I hope it broke for her because if it didn't it'll be worse then before."
"Well atleast before some part of her knew that I still loved her but if I don't love her at all anymore imagine what could happen."
Susannah nodded, understanding. "I see." she said.
Jacob's arms tightened around Susannah slightly. "Don't worry," he said. "Now there's nothing to stop me from ripping her apart if she hurts you."
"Jacob, no ripping people apart, no matter what they do." Susannah scolded gently.
"Fine," Jacob said with mock disapointment.
Jacob stroked her cheek slowly with the back of his hand.
"Why did the imprint break with kahlan, and not me though?" Susannah asked.
"I think that only the imprint was in love with Kahlan. But I think some part of me, a part that has no ties to the wolf part, loved you as well as the imprint."
Susannah nodded. "I guess that makes sense." She also couldn't help but be thrilled by the 'loved you as well as the imprint' part.
Jacob took Susannah's hand and thread his fingers through hers.
