Tara Neale (tara_neale) | 2 comments Good morning all,

My name is Tara Neale. After a life-time as an avid reader and dreaming of becoming a writer, I took the plunge a couple of months ago and indie published a short novella (erotic/romantic suspense) called Mother Earth Murders.

I am currently working on a series of novellas about a former US Marine who hops on the back of his Harley and tours the country checking in on the men and women who served under him or the families of those who never made it home. Think Highway to Heaven meets the US Marine Corps.

I also run a review blog for indie-published romance.

And if that is not enough, I am full-time mom to a special needs six year old daughter. We live in London.

I look forward to meeting all of you, readers and writers. Give me a buzz if you have any questions or need anything.

Tara Neale

Kristen | 3 comments Hello everyone,

I am not an Author, I just enjoy reading. I found this site a few days ago and so far am very pleased with the suggestions and discussions seen. I do have one question though:

I want to add WATDOT: List of Twenty to the goodreads Library of Books to allow people to search and rate it. I found WATDOT to be a very entertaining and creative book and really think that many others would enjoy it as well. It is not in the system however, so people would not be able to find it by doing a Title or Author search. I know its available in paperback, nook, and Kindle format so you will find it by searching on Amazon. I know too that the Author, Dan Koepke, has a web-site for the book as well: www.WATDOT.com

Any suggestions?

Thanks ~ Kristen

Margaret Sharp (margaretlynettesharp) | 243 comments Hello,

My name is Margaret Lynette Sharp and I'm an author living in Sydney, Australia. My husband (and editor) is the creator of the Grand Organ in the Sydney Opera House Concert Hall, in addition to the Organs in Perth Concert Hall, Wollongong Town Hall, Knox Grammar School and others. His name is Ronald Sharp.

I've recently started work on my seventh book,as yet untitled.

My published works are 25 Stories of Life and Love in Australia, A Taste of Life and Love in Australia, The Essence of Life and Love in Australia, Reflections of Life and Love in Australia, 60 Questions, Insights and Reminiscences, and Long and Short Australian Stories.
So far, two of my books has been reviewed. 'A Taste of Life and Love in Australia' has received two, 5 star ratings and reviews from authors. 'The Essence of Life and Love in Australia' has also received a 5 star review. All these reviews are posted on Goodreads.

The first four books are most properly described as collections of vignettes, I believe. They are mostly romantic.
'60 Questions, Insights and Reminiscences' is a collection of short articles encapsulating a light-hearted look at life through the eyes of a female baby boomer living in Australia.
'Long and Short Australian Stories' is a collection of vignettes and short stories; in common with those in the 'Life and Love' series, these are dominated by tales of love.

Hi Kristen,
There is a way you can recommend new books to Good Reads that they don't already have in the database.
I'm not exactly sure how it works, but you can get a lot of helpful information from the help pages http://www.goodreads.com/about/how_it... or by contacting them, there is a link on that page for it. I have done it once before, but it was a while back so I don't remember how exactly it worked. Good luck!

Esther (roseywinter) | 1 comments Hello. :) I'm Esther. I'm a film student, a reader, and a writer. Nothing published as of yet, but I'm thinking of going the self-publishing route because of the greater control I will have over my creative content. I blog about a variety of things... I guess you could call me a versatile blogger? I like to talk about books and stories, writing, film, television, fashion, nutrition, fitness, and other things.

Glad to join this group! :)
