Anita Amarissa | 1 comments Hi, I'm Anita Amarissa from the U.K. I'm an on-line Master Coach for women in midlife (menopause). I have always wanted to be an author, I found being in lockdown was a good time to write a book, as I'm always reading other books.

The book is based on real-life scenarios I've been through and I'm sure many women have been through, such as self-discovery, being diagnosed as peri-menopausal and also instant relationships.

I'm looking to write another book shortly as I thoroughy enjoyed writing my first one.

Sarah Mueller (sarahdayanmueller) | 3 comments Hi everyone! My name is Sarah Dayan Mueller and I write contemporary, literary and historical fiction.

I just released my second novel, entitled Home in a Hundred Places.

Home in a Hundred Places

It is inspired by the true story of a Jewish Egyptian spy who escapes a gripping life of espionage and settles in New York City, only to have his memories wiped away by Alzheimer's disease.

This story is something I hold close to my heart because it's based on the true story of my late father's life.

I'd love to connect with other authors and readers here on Goodreads!

Miriam Verbeek (miriamverbeek) | 1 comments Vincent wrote: "Please introduce yourself! Do you write books? Do you just enjoy reading them?

Let us know a little bit more about who you are:"

Hi all. I've been a writer all of my life - well a dreamer all of my life and a writer after I learnt how to writer. But giving vent to my daydreams in a form that others might like to read has only come to fruition in the last four years. And what a steep learning curve that's been! I now have a contemporary fantasy trilogy ("The Songs of Si'Empra) published and other books being written 'as we speak'. I have decided to self-publish and to go wide. So far, the books have been well received and I'm now at the stage of having them more widely "noticed" ... and "noticing" other authors I can link up with since I'm sure we can learn a lot from one another.

Namita Ahluwalia | 17 comments Hi all! Since as long as as I remember, I loved reading books, especially, love stories. As a teenage girl, I would shut out the world and retract in my own world of fiction books. Since then, it has been my dream to write a novel. In fact I was so drawn to writing that I chose it as a full-time career. But with a challenging job, I could never pursue my dream to write a book. Thanks to the lockdown, I got thinking and started to write. A year down the line, I have self-published my first book on Kindle. I am so happy to have taken the first step. I hope someday, I will publish my book traditionally and move away from the corporate world to just write more stories.

Here's my first book and I am grateful as it is getting good ratings and reviews. Here's to celebrating first and many more!

Emily Hurricane (eshurricane) | 4 comments Hello everyone! I'm Emily, a work-at-home mom of two that writes constantly and lives off of coffee.

I write in a plethora of genres, but a common theme is morally grey characters making bad decisions. These are also my favourite kinds of characters to read about, too. I love books that are character-driven with unique narrative voice no matter the genre, but I tend to veer towards horror, sci-fi, and I'm always up for a good spicy romance.

Just cracked the virtual spine on Harley LaRoux's new release today, what is everyone reading?

Oh i am a big fan on true hauntings, I been on many overnight ghost hunts, The most haunted place i have been to is Woodchester mansion, I heard moans and groans there. That said i have heard a few things about the Warrens that make me cast some doubt on there cases, Loran seem to truly believe in what she did, But I think Ed was in it for the money.

Je lis surtout de la fantaisie, de la science-fiction ainsi que des polars. Mais en fait j'adore tous les livres que je lis, que ce soit pour adulte ou bébé, je "dévore" les livres !!!
