Elizabeth Ducie (elizabethducie) | 4 comments Good Morning! My name's Elizabeth and I'm a full-time author (and I've been wanting to say that for a long time!). I have published books of short stories and some non-fiction before, but my debut novel, Gorgito's Ice Rink, is coming out on Kindle on 8th October. It's set in Russia and tells how Gorgito Tabatadze struggles with bureaucracy, corruption, economic melt-down and the climate in his quest to build a championship ice rink and bring home a missing sister. It's a tale of love, loss and broken promises. I'd really appreciate some pre-publication reviews and am happy to provide an epub of pdf file to anyone who has the time and inclination to read it. You can find the page here: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...

I both write, edit, and read other author's work. However, with a cranky two year old it can be really difficult sometimes.
I both read and write romantic suspense, and love to add some 'hot' events to the stories. Just editing my first book that will be published this November, while I am also writing down the plot to my second book for next year.
So much fun and terrifying at the same time.

G.T. Trickle (goodreadscomgttrickle) I'm G.T. Trickle aka Gerry. Reader, author, greeting card verse writer. Retired from Corporate America. I was a trained volunteer for 10 yrs. on a state sponsored crisis hotline. It was humbling, scary, depressing and at times downright funny. For me, as a writer, it was the best education on human behaviors and raw, raw emotions associated with addictions, suicide, domestic abuse, loneliness, mental illness, sexual orientation, etc.

Just published Juror 1389, Dorsie Raines Renninger. New to Goodreads and am now going through the learning curve on how to navigate thru the site. I'm really looking forward to connecting with others who have a fully expressed gene in their DNA for writing and reading.

Pam Bonsper | 23 comments Hi. I have a give-away ending on Sept 30th. My name is Pam Bonsper and I'm a grandma who needed to stay home for the last six years and help with the care of my little grandson with Down syndrome. When he was two, my granddaughter (a typical child) was born, thus increasing the need for "GaGa" to stay involved. What has saved me? Why, writing of course! I recently self-published The Big Brass Band and am looking for reviewers who could take five minutes to read a children's picture book. My website is: arosage.com or you can reach me through FB or goodreads. Thanks so much in advance.

Ann Ormsby | 5 comments Hi all - my name is Ann Ormsby and I write novels, short stories and op ed pieces. I tend to explore the darker side of life. My novel that is available on Amazon, The Recovery Room, explores the subject of choice. It tells the story of three women who find themselves unexpectedly pregnant and have to decide whether or not to become a parent. As a supporter of reproductive freedom, I believe that women should only have children when they are emotionally and financially capable of devoting themselves to a child. It's an easy read that raises hard questions. I am now at work on a new novel that explores how much we owe each other in a moral sense. To read more about my work visit annormsby.com

Wendy Percival | 5 comments Hi all. I've been a member of Goodreads for a while, both as reader and GR author, and I'm still getting my head around how everything works! I come from the UK and I enjoy reading novels with a mystery at their heart. I'm also a family history enthusiast and I write mysteries inspired by genealogy, set in the UK. I've just published my second, The Indelible Stain, which is book two of the Esme Quentin series, which is currently on a GR Giveaway.
I liked the look of this group because of how it had sub groups, such as mystery. I look forward to finding some new authors to read, as well as to connect with!
