I do the same when I try to plan out my reading, so you're not alone in this. What I do is to have a general plan, for example, reading at least 1 classic a month or I'm going to read such an such number of my books owned.
That kind of thing usually works for me.

Carol Saad, I did not like atonement. Wuthering Heights and A Tale Of Two Cities, Great beyond expectations to exploit a title a little. hee hee

Beth Knight (zazaknittycat) | 501 comments I can't ever stick to a reading plan either, at least not one where I plan what to read when. This year I set a goal to read 100 books and it doesn't look like I'm going to make it. I'm going to try it again for 2010, though. I do hate it when I don't reach goals that I've set.
