Cathy | 99 comments I loved The Red Tent!
The Secret Life of CeeCee Wilkes sounds intriguing as does The Girls from Ames.

My vote would be for The Secret Life of CeeCee Wilkes
(since I've already read The Red Tent).

Kathryn (kathrynh) The Red Tent is one of my all time favorite books. Since I have read it I vote for The Secret Life Of CeeCee Wilkes

To vote on a poll, you need to go to the actual polls section.

You can either click on "polls" over on the right upper corner of the page (below group home, bookshelf, discussions, etc);

or on the main page just scroll all the way down to the very bottom and the poll will be there.

Or this link might take you to it too:

http://www.goodreads.com/poll/show/26...

I don't believe that comments made in this thread count towards the vote though.

Thanks Sheila,
That's correct. At the bottom of the home page is a poll that you can vote on. The poll closes the end of the week so make your choice and go there to vote as votes cast here wont be counted in that total.

Cathy | 99 comments Thanks Sheila and Tera! I'm new to this and wasn't aware of the proper procedure!

Alisha Hanson Glatzel (alicat39) | 65 comments I thought this was an odd format. haha

Amanda Oh it is such a hard decision! I want to vote for What is the What because I started it a year or two ago but had to put it down (University classes started back up) and never got back into it. What I did read of it was intrguing and I have a love for learning about Africa. Yet there are some other great choices on this list! Slammerkin sounds interesting and so does The Secret Life of Ceecee Wilkes. According to Jane sounds like a nice fun read (and I love Austen!) but I don't know if it would be something I would recommend for a group discussion. I am still undecided but I may lean towards What is the What...

Chris (christmax) | 223 comments I've only read Far from the Madding Crowd so I'm off to do some reserach before I vote!

Ally (goodreadscomuser_allhug) in case it helps anyone decide - Far From the Madding Crowd is a hot-bed of under the radar sexual imagery and allusion - we're doing a bit of Freudian analysis on it on my course in the new year. should make it interesting!!!
