NOT A BOOK vs. Not a book

I always use the caps myself, but I hadn't noticed them defaulting to the lower case version. I'll check the next time I NAB something.
If they are showing up as different authors, someone will just need to combine the two names, I would think.
Carolyn, This just started happening to me today. If it's going to continue to happen (I don't know but it's why I asked) I guess that NOT A BOOK author should be merged with/changed to Not a book.
Edit: It just started happening to me today but it looks as though the author's name for NOT A BOOK has changed to Not a book for some, but not all, old entries/changes too.
It was me - I thought I saw an extra space in a NOT A BOOK listing and typed Not a Book to get them to merge - and I'll change it back. Meant to do that right away - but got distracted.

Does anybody know why. Is Goodreads doing this deliberately?
Should we be marking NAB items with the author as Not a book and NOT A BOOK. I do believe these will show up as 2 different authors. Not that it really matters I suppose, as these items aren't books.
