A few questions to get us started:

1. What did you think of the world?
2. What did you think of the characters?
3. What worked or didn't for you?
4. Overall thoughts?

Nastia (nastiarocks) | 13 comments I loved it!

I was hooked from the first chapter; not once was I bored while reading this book.

The story begins in space when, unexpectedly, something goes wrong, and a group of people lands on a world that is dead and has nothing to offer. The mystery behind this lifeless world is exciting, and the reveal did not disappoint.

The character's backstory is revealed throughout the book, and I appreciated how it made me more invested in the story.

There is a budding romance in the book. Usually, I'm not a fan of romance, but in this case, it didn’t bother me; it was subtle and did not interfere with the plot.

HeyT | 519 comments I really enjoyed this. I thought that the idea of printing new bodies was interesting and I liked that it's not an infinite supply with the cracking mechanic added in. I was a little surprised by the romance bit but even though it was a little tropey I didn't mind it. I think I'll definitely read on in the series but I've also enjoyed the author's other works.
