This author has been taken while adding the book with identical title in different languages

When I was adding book Austerlitz by W.G.Sebald, the communicate This has been taken appeared (title of book is identical both in Polish and English). I wrote the title in a form Austerlitz (Polish edition), combined the book with other editions and then edited the book by erasing Polish edition. After this action everything is alright now.
