Incorrect contributor - needs removal

Hello,

My cover artist is incorrectly listed as an illustrator and contributor to my book. He did the cover artwork but no other illustrations (it is not a picture book). This was probably because I accidentally did this for my initial Amazon listing but I quickly corrected it. I am requesting that this contributor/illustrator be removed as it makes it look like it’s a picture book or that there’s multiple authors.
