I'm working on Ramona, here's her personality so far:
Ramona is feisty and defensive. She is sick of being bullied for being a peasant. She's been at Oakrose since she was 12, and has never left the school. She blames everyone but the peasants for the disappearance of her family. Ramona tends to get into fights a lot, and is very rude. She used to be a subject, but got denoted to peasant for ripping one of the queen's dresses. She isn't shy at all, in fact she's a very angry person. Ramona never feels sorry for anybody, because she thinks that they don't deserve her pity.
