Geoffrey Many Mexicans don`t seem to have a high opinion of Fox. He is looked upon as a bit of a buffoon and that is the sense I get from so many here. But after reading his autobiography, I come away with a better impression of him than either Clinton or Obama from theirs.
I believe he has pinpointed the one solution to his countries problems that would rectify the situation to a greatest extent-namely that of a ¨Marshal Plan¨for Mexico. For many years, however, MX was resistant to the idea as it has refused US aid for decades. Mexico is one of the few, if only countries in the western hemisphere that has never had a Peace Corpsmen.
