author with same name- please split

I am the author of *Moonlight Stories: New Moon*. My book is currently attributed to an existing “Matthew Hart” author profile that belongs to a different author.

I am a physician, musician, and writer based in Los Angeles, and my work is not affiliated with the journalist of the same name.

I would like to claim my book and have a separate author profile created for me so that my work is correctly attributed.
