Synchro was sitting at the repair shop to see if he could find anything out about his unexplained malfunction.
Synchro had been waiting for a while. He looked around and saw one of the androids being checked.
Synchro stood up from the chair he was sitting at. He looked around, but still looked back at the other android occasionally.
Blaze was done so she hopped down the table. She had to get used to a new leg. She broke her last one saving a kin=d that fell from a 6th story window.
Synchro noticed that he was next. He walked over to the table, accidentally bumping into Blaze. "Sorry; excuse me."
Synchro nodded. He went over to the technician - who examined him very carefully. Every part, wire, program of his body was examined. After jotting down some notes, the technician told Synchro there were still no signs of viruses or hacking into his system. Synchro left the shop and headed out into the large sity.
Synchro noticed a familiar android helping out a girl. Once she was done he walked over to her. "That was very kind of you." Synchro said. "Are you a City Security Android?"
"Well, I thought you would be. I haven't seen many androids help just for the sake of helping."
"It doesn't mean you have a malfunction - I've had a malfunction. Helping out isn't very malfunction-like at all, unless you are an android made for attacking."
"Really?" Synchro asked. If he was to hear this while he still had position as a Security Android - and she was on the team of an enemy- he would have fought her, caught her, then turned her in. But his days of that were over. "When did you start malfunctioning?
"Well your malfunction has a pretty positive affect."
"My malfunction completely ruined my Security Android position job." Synchro said. He looked up at teh large clock that was built into one of the large buildings. "I'll be on my way now." He said. "The name's Synchro by the way."
Synchro nodded. "Nice to meet you."
Synchro walked into a nearby large crowd. It was full of children, women, men, teenagers...and Security Androids.
Synchro noticed some one the other androids. Then saw that a couple of them had the Security Android emblem engraved somewhere on them. She sped through the crowd. Ever since he left, other Security Androids were on the look out for him due to the possibility the next time he malfunctions, he might injure a human. So, he was ordered to leave the city, but never did.

Synchro past through another crowd and went behind a ice cream stand in the park. When he couldn't see any more Security Androids, he cooled down and strolled in the park.
Hearing someone humming a song, Synchro looked around, scanning the park. He noticed an android - the same one from earlier that day, Blaze Black. He walked over to a bench a couple seats down from her. He sat down. He was tired of running but he had no intention of leaving this city.
She started singing to sooth a crying baby. The song was sad but happy.
When I think about the first time(the first time)
I thought I found someone who cared for me
but things were not as they appeared to be
Rainy day man
on your shoulders I cried
when my first brush with love
left me shaking inside
Rainy day man
Ever since I can remember (remember)
just like a brother you've been strong and true
always been the one to see me through
Rainy day man
you're much more than a friend
I would give anything
just to see you again
rainy day man
rainy day man

Synchro looked over to Blaze. He called over to her, but not loud enough that the baby might get irritated or startled. "So you can sing as well?"
Synchro smiled back. He popped up a screen from his arm to examine the levels and conditions of his system.
Synchro watched families walked around the park. It was a beautiful, peaceful day.
He walked over to Blaze. "Nice day, isn't it?"
"Sometimes I think about having a family." Synchro said. "Since I'm always around one or more, I wonder about the emotions they feel for one another; for themselves."
"It would be nice to have someone there for you, all day everyday. Like a parent or sibling."
Synchro smiled. "Yes, that's true. We could be like each others' family. Since we don't have an actual one of our own..."
