version clarification please

I'd like to verify if Goodreads policy about spicy and sweet versions of the same story has changed or not.
This author:

has spicy and sweet versions of many of her books. In the past, editions with different heat levels were combined as per these posts:

There are librarian notes on a number of Angela Casella's books saying not to combine them, so I'm confused as to the current policy.

Interesting question. I've been following the existing policy as clarified by Rivka in your links. If the policy has changed, it hasn't been announced. I suspect the librarian notes are in error.

If I may make a suggestion - you might consider moving this question to the "Questions (from Librarians only)" folder and adding Attn Jaclyn to the subject line.

I see no reason they shouldn't be combined. It's the same as a novel that has deleted parts restored, or one that has been somewhat updated in a new edition.

I'm going to combine them as per Rivka's posts because they're the same story with the exception of the s*x scenes.

Yes, six scenes would not be enough to separate. Maybe if it were a hundred scenes.
