Multiple Profile Issues

First of all, I appreciate you all and what you do at goodreads. I am a little lost and hope I am approaching this the correct way. I have 8 different titles and two different author names that I would like merged. Nathan Perkins and Farmer Nate are the same person. Also, there are a number of books attributed to me by another author (of the same name) and one book of mine that is being attributed to another author (of the same name).

To try to streamline the issues I have listed all the books that should be on my profile, meaning that the ones that are not listed should be removed and the book that currently shows up on another author's profile should appear in mine instead. I have listed them below with information and links.
