I added the book myself (being one of the contributors to it): https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2.... However, the cover did not show up and the series was not linked. I would appreciate some help with that from a Librarian.

I added this issue to the Series (as issue 13), but I can't add the cover as I'm not sure the link you provided is an accepted source in GR.

I made a search by the Publisher and ended up here:

Only issues 10 and 11 are available?

I'd advise you to move this request into the Book and Author page issues, or you'll have to wait for a librarian that can read cyrillic to help you.
