I believe on Private that the girl in the middle looking at the camera is supposed to be Reed, the girl whispering to her is Noelle, Ariana is the blond behind her and Kiran is on the back. I'm making a guess since the character on the back rotates and based on the description of the characters. I could be totally wrong (:

It only talks about the 1st 4 books who have the same characters on the cover, the rest are unknown.

Assembling the models
In mid-2009, the series' Web site revealed alternate covers for several of the previously released US editions. Of the original covers, the models appearing on the first book—who grace the next three installments as well—portray the following characters according to Kate Brian: Noelle (center), Ariana (left), Taylor (right), and Kiran (back cover).[4:] The identities of other characters to appear have largely been left unverified.

I know Noelle is supposed to be the one in the center of the first book, I feel like she looks more like Reed! Except more confident and preppy... But all in all she looks wayy more like Reed than Noelle!
