I requested to change my account from the reader status to the author. But my application got rejected.

yes I did. I reapplied for it. I am using only one email. I couldn't understand.
Librarians are volunteers and have no information about how staff handles author accounts. You'll need to contact Support with these questions; they are the only ones who can help you.
