Hi Sarah, I was looking at the challenges (for July, which are awesome!), I was wondering if you entered both challenges, do you have to read different books or can you use the same book for both challenges.

Irene's right, you can use the same book for both challenges ☺ We try to do challenges where one has stricter guidlines than the other so that books can be used on both ☺

For the orphan description, could I use a character that begins the book without knowing who her parents are (she is trying to find them)?

Haven't made it that far, but, the blurb implies the dad is alive, though nothing is said about the mother. If the mother turns out to be dead, could I use it?
