What pairing would you like to read about with a human male character?

We've seen a lot of supernatural/paranormal couples with female human characters paired up with vampires, werewolves, beast-men, and even merman. I may have seen a book or two where a male human character is paired up with a werewolf or a witch, and I know there are a bundle with them paired with mermaids but they are usually told through the mermaid's narrative.

That being in mind, what do you feel like would be an interesting supernatural/fantasy female character to be paired up with an ordinary male human character, especially if the story is told from his POV?
