I really enjoyed this book! I loved the spy aspect and how fierce Kendra was. The beginning scene grabbed my attention right away and I had a feeling that I was going to enjoy the read from then on.

I liked how quick of a read Homegrown Terror was and that it was a clean read. There was action and suspense, which made the pages fly by.

All in all, a very good read that I recommend if you enjoy YA spy thrillers -- I am looking forward to the next book in the Project Forge series.

Finally finished the book today. I had a crawfish boil so didn't have a chance to read it. (view spoiler)[ I liked how she went back to her normal life after everything was said and done. But I was confused as to why, even though the president's life is in danger, it was always just them three. I feel like they should have had at least a little back up. But I did enjoy it and love how Kendra is so strong. (hide spoiler)]
