Can you provide a link to verify that this is book 1 from the series? Picture from the book where this is stated is also acceptable.

Unless another librarian can find such information? I looked into the UK kindle edition on Amazon and saw no such information there.

Steve Harmas in No Business of Mine is an American newspaper correspondent, later (in the following books) he appears as an insurance detective.
