I just got to part 2. Not sure how I feel about it so far. Anyone else have an opinion?

I'm there too and I've got the same problem.
(view spoiler)[I like the universe that the author created, but all the details seemed only mentioned and left there. I know it's only a stand alone book. They should have probably made it a series and focused a bit more on elaborating the story and setting. I also can't seem to cheer for any of the two protagonists (hide spoiler)]

Let's see how the story continues.

As much as I enjoyed it, it left me with a sense of incomplete.

That's how I feel too, and so many unanswered questions. I really hope there is a second book. It seems like it should be a trilogy. I think the story line could really develop.
