Rose and Lissa miss each other so much. I liked that Adrian actually understands why Rose had to leave and is trying to get Lissa to understand it. I'm getting a bad feeling about Avery. Not sure why.

I love Sydney's character, she was one of my favorites the first time I read this series. And damn, Rose has ended up in Dimitri's mom's house.

But it's so cool that Rose met another bonded pair like her and Lissa. It's neat that there's more of them out there.

I had completely forgotten about the fact Rose, Lissa, and Eddie break Victor out of prison. I feel like this will not end well for them.

So the aftermath of that breakout did not go well for Rose and friends. They did figure out how to turn a Strigoi back but Victor got away in the process.

I'm liking the fact that Lissa and Christian are on the way to making up. But now Dimitri has them held captive which is very bad. But Rose being Rose means a rescue is imminent.

That was quite the escape there. I love that everyone was involved with helping Rose get free. I was happy to even see Sydney pop up as I enjoy her character a lot.

The Keepers are an odd bunch. I wonder what their deal is.

And now Victor has shown up in Rose's dream. Wasn't expecting that.

Wow, Tasha was the one who killed the queen. Forgot all about her being the killer. Then she almost killed Rose.

Lissa is now queen and I think she'll do a good job at it.

I'm happy Rose and Dimitri made up but boy did she crush Adrian in the process.
