Hey, Rose finally figured out that Lissa is the only reason she survived the car accident. The power Lissa has is incredible.

Also I am loving all of this longing between Rose and Dimitri. I really do enjoy their relationship.

Victor's plot and the way he involved Natalie were crazy. Dude has lost his mind.

I really enjoyed picking this up again and I'll start the next book in a few days. I can't wait for the TV show to see what they've done with the story.

The whole Mason is a ghost thing I had completely forgotten about. I wish Rose would at least tell someone about it since it's causing her problems.

So much happened in this section. The Strigoi breaching the Academy was crazy. Rose and Christian kicked ass though and dropped a lot of them.

Dimitri's fate is terrible, even more so because him and Rose had just found a way to be together. I'm glad Rose is going after him.

After that ending I definitely need to pick up book 4 soon.

It's an odd part of the story for sure
