Suggestion: An additional BOTM read that would be restricted to the first of a series

I know we already have a monthly BOTM and a longer term series read each month.

How about adding a BOTM just for the first of a series (older or new release)?

Judithe reminded me there is always the challenge specifically for the first book of a series ~ Love or Hate @ FIRST Sight Read 2015.

Which is an annual challenge that rolls over every 30th June because it is so popular. A new one will begin July 1st :)
