Melany Brunings After being through the medical mill for six years I was at the end of my theter and wasn’t allowed any more treatments. I was 42 years old. My yoga teacher pointed this book, ‘Eat, Breathe, Conceive’, out to me. I bought it. Not to get pregnant. I’d given up all hope. But I wanted to know why my body was doing the things it was doing. I wanted to know how I could restore my energy. I thought I was eating fairly healthy, but reading the book I realized that there was plenty of room for improvement. This book explains very clearly the influence of certain foods on hormonal balance. Slowly I started to understand. Half a year later my uterine fibroids disappeared. My body had changed and I felt healthier than I have ever done before, thanks to my daily yoga practise and the right foods. Three months later (a year after we started our new diet) I had a positive test on...fathers’ day! I was 43 when I gave birth to a beautiful and healthy baby boy. I feel so, so happy and grateful. I hope women who want to conceive will be inspired by my story. Never, ever give up, take up yoga and change your diet if you feel depressed. READ THIS BOOK!
