PLEASE INTRODUCE YOURSELF TO YOUR FELLOW JAMES MASON MEMBERS!
Hello everyone! My name is Bette Isacoff. I've been here for a while, but inactive as I prepared for the December 7th launch of my memoir, Star Crossed. Twenty-one-year-old college senior, Catholic (Bette), falls in love with seventeen-year-old Jewish high school kid (Richard)--in 1968! No one cheered then, but everyone celebrates our forty-three year marriage with us now.Richard and I have one daughter, who lives in Wales with her husband and son. We show Finnish Spitz, and were responsible for their recognition by the American Kennel Club. We are avid fans of the Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race.
Visitors to my website, http://www.betteisacoff.com, are most welcome. Contact me at bfisacoff@gmail.com and I promise to respond.
Thank you, Rick for inviting me to post here.
Hello fellow James Mason fans.... I am here because I am a James Mason fan - I am also a reader and coincidentally an author of poetry, music books, penny dreadfuls... you know the sort of thing. I am sorry I haven't posted here before but I joined loads of groups in a bit of a flurry of activity when I came to Goodreads (last week I think) What an amazing community! I am likely to lurk rather than post every day, but please feel free to visit my page. Well, back to the Nautilus and my copy of The Art of Purring... All the best, Lisa Lisa Marie Gabriel

Hi new to the group
Born in Havana Cuba, I now live in Coral Springs Florida. My experience as an auditor has spanned over 20 years. I have conducted numerous audits and fraud investigations of many types of companies, in many industries, in several countries. I audited banks during the commercial loan failures of the seventies and now I have had a ringside seat during the mortgage industry’s recent debacle, leading to the current mass unbridled foreclosures. My profession requires me to relate to individuals at all levels of the hierarchy. “The people one meets during these encounters run the gamut of human personalities. The combinations and permutations of physical, emotional, and mental characteristics of these individuals provide a never ending pallet of characters." My work requires a thorough knowledge of each business’ operating processes and the economic and financial environment in which they flourish or fail. I have traveled to many international locations and have dealt with all kinds of financial situations, providing a myriad of experiences, from which I have drawn on for inspiration for my stories. You can find my published essays “Tell It like It Is,” and “The C-level Auditor” on the internet. I have created numerous “what if” scenarios, and have devised plans identifying the existence of fraud. It turns out that this same process has proven to be very suitable and adaptable to fiction writing. "
Thanks for the invitation to join and the opportunity to participate. My name is Katie and I am the author 3 historical novels Cuba on My Mind, Secuestro, and the Azaleas. Looking forward to being a part of the group.

Hi, Rick and friend, my new novel just published is a good one, "A Perfect Double." I can't figure how to add it to my author page, but it is in the Goodreads index.
Summary, “A Perfect Double”
Although tall, thin, blond and gorgeous, Breken Annersen suffers from body dysmorphic disorder. She’s got a ‘glamor job’ at an international gossip magazine, but dreams of a Pulitzer.
All Brek WANTS on her Paris assignment is some dirt on a few starlets at a chic film soiree with handsome, irreverent freelancer, Hutch Branigan. But when a terrorist bomb rips the star-studded event apart, she GETS a new job description, chasing terrorists. Brek and Hutch, this tossed-together pair, witnesses the murder of a starlet who'd been at the Paris bombing, and hours later see the U.S. ambassador's daughter immolated on a dark fortress wall at the Cannes Film Festival. And now, there’s a hit man on their trail.
The 'glamor job' turns into a whodunit for Brek and Hutch. Their hunt leads them through a maze of diplomats, suave singers, movie stars and prostitutes, the FBI and the Mafia. From the French Rivera to the Swiss mountains they find MURDER, CORRUPTION and espionage born in Kabul, that spreads across Europe and the U.S. And amid the peril and violence, Brek and Hutch find a smoldering ATTRACTION for each other. Which could lead to romance, or heartbreak, or worse.

Hi everybody,My name is Jennifer B Graham and I have recently self-published my memoir, An Immoral Proposal. My book recounts my growing up as a person of colour under South Africa's apartheid culminating in an illegal clandestine relationship that ultimately forced me and my white fiancé into self exile in 1975. My book is available on Amazon.com and Kindle. I would like to take this opportunity to publicly thank Nelson Mandela for his courage to take on such a horrible and diabolical regime and prevailing. RIP Madiba.
Hello fellow readers and authors: My name is Tema N Merback. My first novel, In the Face of Evil, is a National Jewish Book Award Finalist. In the Face of Evil is based on my mother's survival of the Holocaust and is rated 4.6 out of five stars on Amazon, and 4.28 stars out of five on Goodreads, not bad for a first book! Like all Holocaust books, it bears the imprint of extraordinary good and unfathomable evil. It is a tale of miracles, of people, who at their own peril intentionally intervened, and some who intervened by chance saving the life of a teenage girl.
It is also a story of bravery in the face of dire consequence, and how that same girl returned the gift of life to others. In the end it is a testament to the indomitable spirit of one human being and her ability to retain all of the goodness that is within each of us, even in the face of evil.
I invite you to share Dina's journey to redemption. You won't quickly forget it, however, you will appreciate the life you have been given and its blessings.
I am extremely thankful to be a member of this group! My name is Michael. I love to read horror, science fiction, true crime, suspense, and mystery novels.

So of course I am into the Mystery genre but will read anything well written.I just found Wallace Stroby and love his work. I've read Gone Til November and Cold Shot to the Heart. Since I haven't been here in a year or more and things have changed since then, I might as well introduce myself again. :)I'm David P. Forsyth and I write apocalyptic SF and horror. My first book, Voyage of the Dead, is FREE on Amazon Kindle, Nook, Kobo, iTunes, etc... That series also includes Flotilla of the Dead and Deluge of the Dead, as well as the prequel collection Interludes in Hell as part of the "Sovereign Spirit Saga." Thank you James for the invite I am an English writer born in Manchester in the north of England and now live in Tasmania with my wife on a farm with our horses. After travelling in Europe for many years my wife and I came to Australia for a holiday in 1981 and found that we could live in this country, so we migrated in 1988 to Melbourne, but now live in Tasmania. I have been writing for about 12 years, and have written novels of fiction and about 100 poems that I may put in a book one day, I try and make my books somewhere the reader can escape to, and hope they enjoy my stories, I put in a few truths, just for spice to make it more interesting, and a few one liners, I would like to write full time if I could but will have to wait and see if my books capture someone’s interest. I put the characters in my stories of people I have met and places I have travelled to and write how I see thingswww.tezmannovels.com

I am Lisa C. Miller and
I live in the beautiful state of Alaska with my family where the spirits of animals and men roam free.
I am married to a wonderful man and we have three children and foster girls which brings us joy.
I am currently a full-time college student and I write inspirational poetry. I have published two books so far.
Titles are:
1 Godly Inspirations for the Troubled Soul
2 Inspirations from Heaven's Gate
Both are books of poetry with bible verses sprinkled within.
They can be found on Amazon and Barnes and Noble.
I am able through the help of The Holy Spirit to write about the beauty and simplicity of life. Through words I want to reveal the beauty of Christ to the broken and lost spirits of humanity. Through pouring out my heart and tears and trying to be transparent I want to encourage people to see we are in this together.
I enjoy reading, writing, blogging, walking, family, social networking, scrap booking and photography.
I started out in a military family my dad joined the Air Force when i was little so the world has been my playground. It is where I learned to get along with other people and accept myself.
I am very comfortable with books and pens and paper. I sometimes feel like I was born with a pencil in my hand and I started writing at six years old and it has just expanded from there. I have never passed a library or used bookstore that I haven't liked. As you can tell I am very chatty about my life, books and writing.
I am a Christian lady who comes from a Christian background and family. I came to know the Lord on a personal level when I was 17 years old. Since then I have been on a quest to learn more about Him and myself. On my journey I have come to realize my purpose in life is to write what is on God's heart and encourage the broken and lost souls of humanity with it.
Here are two quotes I think sum up my writing life:
"I am a little pencil in the hand of writing God who is sending out a love letter to the world."
Mother Teresa
"Fill your paper with the breathings of your heart."
William Wordsworth
