I don't know if it changes anything but I remember trying the different viewing preferences a long time ago back when I was making my account (so years ago) and I think there were more books to "download" on US Trade/USD which is the option I have now. I don't know if it's still the case though. A lot of the books I got on there were available to download instead of having to request them.

It used to be more common a little over a year ago. I check semi-regularly because that's how I got a lot of arcs from them, but only smaller press allow "download" for me. I think it also shows if you're white-listed/auto-approved.

that helps. I also copied/pasted some reviews from previous books I read and it seemed to work.

I don't think we can see it. I just assume if it's on download, the publisher has me on some list or I meet some criteria they're looking for.
