I'm trying to decide if I want to make another character and I can't make up my mind.

Well so far I have to make Variel's brother Mikah and Julia's Familiar...Then I'm going to be making another character using Fransisco Lachowski if you wanna collab. I'm considering making him a Sleepwalker or a plain mortal...

I'm not sure what species I want for this one. I think she'll be clever and street-smart, and she's gotten rich from counting cards. But she still almost obsessively steals anything not nailed down.

interesting. My guy I was going to make him pretty much homeless. He has street smarts and knows how to take care of himself. He knows nothing about the world around him just yet and he finds himself in a lot of trouble.

Well I guess it depends on what sort of species we are both making. I am considering a normal human, but also a fresh blood Sleepwalker...or even a normal human who is in a family of Witch Hunters and doesn't know it.

@ KT, Yeah I tried googling them it doesn't work. best thing to do is be creative as possible took me forever just to make unique ones for my charries. Have to be creative yet somewhat believable to the rp cannon. It is really hard. Apart from forcing someone to become a vampire, animal, or sex demon I get stuck.

Some ideas:
The Gargoyle Curse - turn someone into stone during the day and take shape of a human or gargoyle monster by night.

Werewolf Curse - self explanatory

Medusa's Curse - Anyone you look into the eyes of turns to stone or touch.

Midas Touch - turn things to gold by touch

Love's Pain - To always fall in love and the person either never love you back or die once they do.

Emotions Choke - The inability to feel emotions

I twisted her curse slightly so she's cursed with immortality included with the love's death, so she's condemned to live forever completely alone, and it's a pain trying to remember what practices happened when.

Okay so I'm in seriously deep debate right now...Apart formthe fmailair I have to make for Julia my next character should he be a normal mortal cursed? A jsut a normal mortal, or a mortal in a family of hunters? Or a secret keeper?

not sure entirely I'm considering something like touch of stone. He can't touch anyone without them turning into stone or touch of death.

Touch of Death, Poison Touch, Serpents Curse, Curse of Naga: This doesn't always cause actual death. It drains a person's lifeforce through touch. It is very painful for it's victims and according to how long someone is touched depends on how long it will take for them to recover if at all. It can create paralysis, induce coma's, or become fatal causing death. It appears to effect the body like poison or venom. First the heart rate increases drastically. Second as the body goes into a cardiac arrest-like state the victim begins to convulse like a seizure. Finally, Paralysis kicks in and the joints lock up and the muscles tighten. If not released the persons organs will begin shutting down starting with the lungs and heart. Finally brain capacity is lost entirely eventually leading to a complete and gruesome death.

It is called Serpent's Curse or the Curse of Naga as it affects the body like a deadly snakes venom the veins turn black and the part touched begins to show severe infection and deterioration. It hits the blood stream and works it's way into the heart. The effects can occur in multiple forms: Breath, Touch, Kiss, etc...it can occur differently with each victim and a constant sweet stench of death lingers on the user much like that of most snakes.

Yep. She dated someone and pissed them off royally and they cursed her. She didn't believe it at first but people started dying so she definitely does now. She's met other witches over time, knowing they're witches. She definitely believes it and she's really pissed about it.

I'm trying to decide her base personality though. She really tries to keep her emotional distance from people for obvious reasons, and she's an actress. She lies about who she is all the time and each name has a character she plays. Mostly due to the fact she steals from almost everyone and is continually thrown from casinos for card counting. But I can't decide what she herself is like, without all the acting...

All I have is she's cynical, only makes an effort to see the same person more than once if it gets her something, independent, loyal only to herself. But I think other than that I'll go with what you said, not much of herself.
Writing the personality thing on the template will be a pain in the ass though.

I don't think she'd really care to find herself. Like how usually immortal characters are either evil, or don't want to be immortal? She is thrilled that she can't die.

Basically everything's turned into a game to her. The little thefts she does almost constantly, compulsively? It's just a big game to see if she can. Most of her life is her going 'I wonder if I can do that'.
