You select 'add book/author' then in the search there's a button for covers that you can click

Hello! It looks like you would count it for 100 pages. If you go to 'All Editions' you would see the third edition has a page count. So, you would use that one.

Thank you :) (I was reading from various different anthologies so it didn't add up lol)

Did you originally have a buddy? If someone agreed to read with you and they don't show up, you still get points

Kira wrote: "Hi! I was wondering if a book in May Buddy Reads would count if I finish it in June?"
Yes, as long as the thread is still active (meaning there isn't more than 14 days since the previous comment)
For book of the month, you have until the 5th of June to finish it for bonus points

Thank you! I got 2 books going on and there's no way I could complete them by tonight lol

Sorry if this makes no sense lol. Basically, three books have no reviews so I can't put them on threads (I was going to put the links to what books they are, but apparently that function is down too!). I have done the reviews, they're sitting in notes...
I'm finding this waaaaaay more stressful than I should. Should I set my alarm for 11pm in a US time zone (2-6am here I think?) to try again??
You probably won't read this until too late anyway and I already feel like an idiot - just a very sleepy one. I'll see if it works if I can drag myself awake before midnight in someone's timezone?
Or maybe not. I'm all over the place. I just wanted the points to count :(
Okay, officially ending my stressed, sleep-deprived drivel. It's not the end of the world, Ellen!
Kira wrote: "Alaina, June 1 for me starts in an hour. Can I use books I complete tomorrow during the day for Camping challenge or do I have to wait for it to officially start in other time zones?"
Sorry for just seeing this now! GR was acting like a fool yesterday. You would start the challenge in your time zone :) So any book that you finished on June 1st in your time you can use for the camping challenge!

Ugh, yes, I hate when GR does that. It's very frustrating. If that does happen again, you are more than welcome to post for page points until I get on to do scores. Which would be around 9-10am EST the next day.

Thanks - I got it sorted *phew*
One problem I still have is that I can't find a page count for this book anywhere! Any thoughts??

Ellen-Arwen, here's the formula we use
Convert total length into minutes
Multiply by 150 words per min = total words
Divide by 250 words per page = pages
Ex: 3 hours = 180 mins
180*150= 27000 words
27000/250= 108 pages

I think it's just one book, but Alaina would know for sure.
You can only pick books listed under Prizes, as those are the only ones we have copies of to send out.

Normally no. You need either a series thread for all the books or an individual thread for each book.
I changed your thread to a series thread so you can keep posting there and you will get buddy points: https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...

Buddy reads aren't just for 2 people. If you want to join a current one, you are more than welcome to! You just need 2 people in order to get a buddy thread created :)

Alright, great! Thank you so much, Alaina!

For rereads, there is no set length of time between reading. You just need to write a new review or have new status updates. Also, the same book cannot be used twice in the same challenge.

Thanks, Aly!

You can create a line or simply add "2023 review or new review" either before or after the last review you created for the book.
For example, I created a line and wrote RTC for this review.
