Multiple Author Roles

I have used "Author/Reader" before.

I think I actually used "author, narrator" - with the comma. Would like to hear what the preferred format might be.

So far, I've only seen / and 'and', but maybe there are more.

I have always used the /, if I felt like a need for more than one designation.

I also use the / to separate the different author roles.
