Well I'm not sure how much you've used layers (I use layers a lot because it makes mistakes a heck of a lot easier to fix), but what I would do is use the Quick Selection Tool to copy and make a new layer with just Ella on it and move that to the top so that it completely covers the text that goes underneath. You can feather the edge, too, if the editing is uneven, but at this size it probably won't be too noticeable.
Mmmhmm, and all you have to do is copy/paste to make a new layer with it.
Quick Selection Tool is the BEST. Because you can quickly remove parts, or blur parts (like here I selected the part with Richard, then right-click then Select Inverse, then Filter, then Gaussian Blur [the beauty of Gaussian Blur is that you can control how blurred it is]; this blurs the area around him and emphasizes his beautiful face).
Also, and this is my graphic design student trick, but if you use the [ and ] keys, that makes a brush bigger/smaller (this works for Quick Selection Tool, eraser, everything else like that). Also if you're stretching something, pressing shift while dragging the corner out keeps its proportions.
