The women seemed to work well as a team in eluding Colonel Hemmer and his men. What strengths/weaknesses were exhibited by each?

With Grace, it was pure instinct. She seemed to know exactly what to do when. Annie is more pragmatic. Though she is often considered the "girly" one, she kept everyone grounded, reining Grace in when she was too far out there and settling Sharon down. Sharon was the wildcard, at times in full cop mode and at others having her PTSD flare up.

Yes I pondered on this one for a while and thought I'll come back to it! Although Annie is the girly one I was surprised and impressed at how well she handled the whole situation.
