MILESTONE AFTER SPIDEY MILESTONE RECOUNTED IN A THIRD AMAZING MARVEL OMNIBUS!
Few comic books have ever come close to reaching the page-turning power, action, and drama of The Amazing Spider-Man. Guided by Stan Lee, John Romita and Gil Kane, Spidey grew to become not just the most relatable hero in comics, but also the industry’s top-seller. You’ll see the reasons why again and again and again in this truly amazing third Omnibus collection. One iconic story follows another beginning with the Saga of the Stone Tablets; the debut of Black Widow’s new look; the Kingpin’s Shakespearean family drama; the tragic death of Captain Stacy; the pathos of Peter Parker’s love triangle with Gwen Stacy and Spidey; the historic Comics Code-defying “drug” issues; and the debut of Morbius the Living Vampire!
Collecting AMAZING SPIDER-MAN (1963) 68-104
Lee also wrote 105-110 and co-wrote 116-118.

Can someone recommend me where to start and what i need to read?
I haven't read any X-O but I believe last year a classic 90s X-O Manowar omnibus was released. Valiant is doing Deluxe volume of their new rebooted universe. Not sure how necessary the 90s material is for that. Hopefully someone here with some better knowledge can chime in. :)

I've seen people list prices like that for other things as well: simply way over inflated. I really can't fathom why they are doing it. Makes me think there is some other reason, like needing a certain number of items for sale to keep your account active or something.

I think they are finally reprinting Waid's run but only in TPB. You can add me to the list of people wanting some Flash omnibus.

Super Spy by Matt Kindt
3 Story: The Secret History of the Giant Man

D, I'll be curious what your think of Origin II. Haven't read it yet myself but I enjoyed the first one.

I would think it'll be relatively soon, given a movie is finally in the works...

Of not published stuff, my main want was the Stan Lee ASM v3 - but we are FINALLY getting it next year.
Other than that, I am annoyed the last OHC of Matt Faction's Iron Man was never released. I still haven't finished his run, so gave up.
I'd like a second Michelinie/Layton Iron Man omnibus (Armor Wars).
In no particular "run" wise though, I'd buy any Silver and Bronze age Spider-Man. I hope we get a SA ASM 4, 5, and 6!
And on the DC side, I hope we do get an Absolute of the latest Frank Miller Dark Knight... When it is done.

Yes the Absolute Dark Knight is my favorite book in my collection.

Teen Titans by Geoff Johns Omnibus HC
The Darkness Compendium HC vol. 1"
Just got Teen Titans by Geoff Johns Omnibus HC, the first buy of the year 2017 for me. :D And two more to go. :)

Well sh*t... Another copy sold and passed me by. I bought a copy from Amazon last year, and it must have been the last sub $250 copy I've seen online, but it got lost in the mail on its way to me.
If anyone else is planning on selling their copy, I'd be willing to talk.

If you were in Australia, I'd let you have the two Thor's on your wants.

Well sh*t... Another copy sold and passed me by. I boug..."
That claim is just too serious for me to ignore. Those two Thors are my personal white whales.
You wouldn't consider a long distance arrangement?
I'm down to pay a reasonable asking price...

Two small points:
1) I've never heard of non-omnibus X events getting reprinted. If anyone else has knowledge to the contrary, I would love to know, but I always thought that Inferno wasn't getting a re-up.
2) Hickman's Avengers V2 should contain Time Runs Out, but I highly doubt that Secret Wars will be in it.
Oh, and this thread got me thinking. What's the current relationship between Marvel and Moore works? I'm really hoping for a Cpt Brit reprint and a Miracleman omni.

You wouldn't consider a long distance arrangement?
I'm down to pay a reasonable asking price...
Yeah, sure. I'm not after making a profit on it. More that I won't ever want to read them again (eg I was not that much of a fan of the material, personally) But any decent postage from Australia for them is not likely to be cheap (maybe have a look at their web site and take a look). I might have others you are interested in too. I saw on the other thread you were after the Byrne FF as well? Just the first one? I also have a spare Brubaker Death of Captain America that I should sell. Being in Australia though, I just find it too difficult as the local market too small, postage too expensive, and selling on ebay leads to dealing with whiny buyers complaining about anything and wanting their money back - and if they are overseas, I'd end up loosing money with any problem.
