Simple to read books

Heyyyy. I’ve hit such a dead end with books these past few months, with almost every book I have been reading is a three or two star book. I don’t think I have the motivation to read fantasy or anything too heavy right now. Does anyone have a simple and fun book that is easy to finish? Bonus points if it has good emotional scenes.
