It is just a matter of formatting, makes no difference to the title itself.Personally I feel it looks better to have the name in title formatted the same way as the author name.
I assume librarians would correct it if a new edition of Moby-Dick came out from Penguin Classics Deluxe Editions or something similar and it was listed as MobyDick by mistake. I don't really get why this is any different, or when "it looks better" took precedent over formatting the book details to match what's on the cover, the copyright page, and the publisher's website.
Well, that example would actually be incorrect.There is no space between the initials on the cover, either.
Honestly I'm baffled this is even a request.
