My author info isn't showing up on author page

I've tried to claim this, and thought I had, but as you can see above none of my information is showing up here. On my personal page it has me labeled as "A goodreads author" but I'm not sure I'm really added as one. Also, when look at my profile there are no options to "Follow" or "Add a Friend."
