Cheers Hun!

I PM'd one of the Mods but I haven't heard anything back. This is quite unusual, so I'm starting to wonder whether something happened. The Mods are very helpful and efficient, Amy. I'm sure we will get our selections soon.
I'm here now and I'm sorry as I have been gone for Family day Friday
Lou my dear, thanks for the pm. You and Amy can pick for each other.
Amy, I'm sorry, you got double whammied :(

Thanks. It's all good. I only got missed once here. I guess I wasn't clear that the person picking for me here didn't pick for someone else in DB. I got my DB picks. Besides I really like it here and won't let something like this bother me. I'm pretty easygoing! =D

Trylle 2-3

House of Night 10-12

Danira, partner picks and re-picks have already happened, so I'm not sure you will be assigned to anyone for May. I would recommend waiting to post this list until around the 15th or so in the June Thread that Ezinwanyi will set up on that date, that way you'll be sure to be in the June lineup and will have someone assigned to you!

Danira,
As Trea mentioned, we already picked but look out for the June thread which usually occurs around the 3rd week of the month.
We are glad you are interested and hope you come back then.

Today I finished

Sorry for the rambling. ;)

I've been swamped with library books that needed to be handed in as well as challenges that was close to a deadline. I'll make sure to do better next round.
Btw. I loved the book. Those books are just lovely because they take no time to read once you've started them. I also really liked Alcide. I'm looking forward to see what will happen in the next one.

Deeper than Midnight is one of my favorites in this series! It also renewed my love for the series as the series got a bit repetitive in the middle.

I really enjoyed the first 2 books, but this one was really bad. I guess I tend to like her YA Paranormal series better

I like the lady who narrates the Breed series too - she does a decent job - can't think of her name

The lux series was good and so were the first 2 in the Dark Elements series, but I really loved the Covenant series. It is my absolute favorite by her.

Bel Dame Apocrypha

Picked for — Holli

thanks for pushing me to get up-to-date on this series Ashley!! :)
Guild Hunter
Archangel's Storm — ★★★★★ 5/2
Jason has been one of my favorite of the seven and I loved his story! His is such a sad history, but it makes the present-day story that more sweet! As much as I can't stand snakes, Neha has been an interesting archangel throughout the series so far. Seeing her up close doesn't make me like her though! Princess Mahiya is an amazingly complex character. She's presented as a "court trinket," but she has an inner strength that has helped her navigate Neha's court for her 307 years. Her hopeful attitude could have come off as one dimensional, but it's not. She's held her own against an archangel and handles a spymaster with the same grace! I look forward to seeing these two grow in the upcoming books!
Archangel's Legion — ★★★★★ 5/13
I have the say the last few chapters of this book are what pushed it to a 5-star rating! I wasn't as taken in by the story in the beginning, but as it began to build momentum, I found myself sucked in! Ellie and Raphael were super hot in this book....and I enjoyed the battle immensely! I like how Raphael was able to let go of some of those cave man tendencies so Ellie could fight at his side...literally. Looking forward to seeing what happens in the aftermath and getting to know Ash and Janvier better in the next book!
Archangel's Shadows — ★★★★★ 5/20
I've been waiting on pins and needles for Ash and Javier's story! I loved their short story and their full-length novel was even better! These two are an interesting pairing...I love their constant jabbing dance that lead to their happily ever after! Another aspect I really enjoyed was getting to know Nassir better! Can't wait for his story! :)
