Help with book merging oopsie!!

Hi! I accidentally have The Seven Month Itch (Kindle, paperback, and audio) merged with Ella Gets the D. I must have clicked on the wrong thing as I wanted all versions of The Seven Month Itch together.

Could someone please combine the Kindle and paperback versions of Ella Gets the D together--and then combine the Kindle, paperback, and audiobook versions of The Seven Month Itch together?
